Plant Identification or Diagnosis Did Not Complete
- Check that the device has a stable internet connection.
- Use a clear, well-lit photo with the plant centered in the frame.
- Make sure camera and photo-library permission is enabled in iOS Settings.
- Try again later if the identification or diagnosis provider is temporarily unavailable.
Identification and diagnosis results are informational and may not be accurate for every plant or condition.
AI Assistant Issues
The AI Plant Assistant requires an internet connection for new replies. Existing conversations are stored locally on the device. If a reply fails, check connectivity and try again. Images may take longer to process than text-only messages.
Care Schedule or Recovery Plan
Care schedules and recovery plans are generated from the plant information and diagnosis available at the time of the request. If generation fails, use the retry action after checking your connection. Generated tasks are stored locally and can be completed from the Garden or plant detail page.
Weather and Reminders
- Weather requires Location Services permission and an available WeatherKit configuration.
- Reminders require notification permission. You can manage it in iOS Settings or in the app's Settings page.
- Weather uses approximate location to retrieve local conditions.
Subscriptions and Credits
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store. The available plans provide a fixed number of credits for each subscription period. Identify and Diagnose requests use credits. To manage, cancel, or restore a purchase, use the app's subscription screen or Apple's subscription settings. Prices and billing are controlled by Apple.
Delete Local Data
Care Guide & Plant Identifier does not require an account. Plant photos, garden records, care records, and AI conversations are stored locally. Use Settings > Delete All Local Data to remove local records, or delete the app from the device. Information already processed by third-party providers is governed by their own policies.
Privacy and Terms
See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for information about data handling, third-party services, subscriptions, and limitations of the app's results.
